KOSMO Foundation (Korean Sports Medical Organization) is a sports medical foundation that trains the people who protect athletes on the field and supports athletes themselves. Centered on sports medical team education, it runs seven programs: orthopedic specialist development, fitness and Pilates instructor education, elite athlete nutrition support, leadership training, cultural and arts programs, and a student athlete support system that includes medical support for injured student athletes.

The foundation is led by Chairman Sang Hoon Lee, an orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist, and aims to connect athletes to treatment while providing injury prevention education grounded in sports medicine. Its articles of incorporation, donation reports and financial statements are published in the Transparency section.
