Personal Development & Leadership Training is a non-profit program of KOSMO Foundation (Korean Sports Medical Organization) that runs leadership camps for student athletes in Korea, teaching teamwork, sports ethics, mental skills for overcoming slumps, and the spirit of fair play.
Why this program
As important as performance is the ability to communicate within a team, respect the rules, and cope with failure and slumps. These skills carry on not only through an athlete's career but also into life after sport.
The foundation runs personal development and leadership training so that student athletes grow into healthy leaders with true sportsmanship.
