Apply for Medical Support — Eligibility & Criteria
The KOSMO Foundation (Korean Sports Medical Organization) supports injured student athletes and athletes with the costs of diagnostic imaging, surgery and rehabilitation; applications are submitted online at kosmo.or.kr/en/apply.

If approved, we help connect you with a medical institution and support treatment costs.
Who can apply
| Athletes | Student athletes (elementary, middle, high school and university) and elite athletes |

| Applicant | The athlete or a legal guardian (e.g. a parent). Coaches can take part by providing a recommendation letter. |

A medical certificate or doctor's opinion is required. Imaging reports, an athlete registration certificate and a health insurance premium statement are submitted if applicable. Athletes under 14 also need a signed legal guardian consent form.

Use your tracking number and the mobile number you entered on the application tracking page. Review timelines will be announced once confirmed.
